Not to bad today so far.

Breakfast:
1 scrambled egg
3 pancakes with syrup and butter
Grapefruit
2 cups of coffee

Lunch:
Veggie smoothie with:
Super greens
baby carrots
frozen chunks of fruit (banana/peach/etc
Almond milk
Cinnamon

Dinner:
Tikka Masala
Brown Rice
Tomato

Water: 16 ounces plus sparkly water with pure cranberry juice.
