Haven’t added to my food journal like I should but I will say I have been cutting out snacking after dinner and have cut way back on sugar, eating fruit instead and small Italian ices once in awhile. Very please with my progress.
So happy! Down to 168 today! 1 pound at a time works for me 🙂 I know that a huge part of the weight loss to due to cutting sugar and not snacking after dinner. Now I just need to keep with the game while in Arizona next week!
Down to 169! Whoop! Whoop! Walking and cutting back on sugar helps and eating more fruits and vegatables.
