So happy to see the pounds melt off….. slow the steady wins the race! So worth the effort! Friends, even if you have fallen off your diet, just begin again. Don’t get discouraged.
No weight loss this week but stayed the same. That works for me because it didn’t go up 🙂
Down to 162.4! So thrilled! Things I’ve done to lose the weight so far – stopped eating processed sweets – not eating after dinner – cutting back a bit on the carbs – eating low call whole wheat bread – walking more often but I need to do better.
