Breakfast

  • Oatmeal with banana, dates, pie spice mix, stevia, chopped walnuts, and almond milk.
  • 2 cups of coffee with Half and Half
  • 8 ounces water

Lunch

  • 4 street tacos (corn tortillas) with avocado, black beans, cheese, salad, and salsa
  • 8 oz glass of ice tea
  • 16 oz water

Dinner

  • 4 pancakes with strawberries, whip cream, butter and syrup.
  • 25 oz water

So, had a wonderful late birthday dinner with my sweet son and fam. We were talking about weight loss/healthy eating. He admires me for being able to quit smoking and drinking before he was born. Yes, that was great, but I did it because I wanted a baby and didn’t want him raised around either. I need to have the same mindset for weight loss and healthy eating. The reasons are:

I’ll live longer and healthier if I lose weight, exercise, and eat healthily. That and to make my son proud and know that it’s possible. All great reasons.
