Breakfast

  • Oatmeal with banana, dates, pie spice mix, stevia, chopped walnuts, and almond milk.
  • 2 cups of coffee with Half and Half
  • 8 ounces water

Lunch

  • 4 street tacos (corn tortillas) with avocado, black beans, cheese, salad, and salsa
  • 8 oz glass of ice tea
  • 16 oz water

Dinner

  • 4 pancakes with strawberries, whip cream, butter and syrup.
  • 25 oz water
